I recently gave a short presentation on my work with the Robben Island Fence and the work of RIACT in putting it to socially beneficial use. This is a project I am passionate about. You can watch the YouTube recording of my presentation below.
The installation piece at the Apartheid Museum has been featured in the Engineering News magazine. The installation, titled Twenty Years Ago is made from the original Robben Island Fencing and serves to remind us that 2010 is not just about the World Cup but is also the 20th anniversary of the release of Nelson Mandela.
The winter 2010 edition of Art South Africa magazine included coverage of the Spier Contemporary exhibition.
